Club Opening Run
 
The traditional Donore Harriers Opening Run to mark the start of the Cross-Country season will take place on Saturday 6th October. Members are invited to gather at 9.30 in the club with refreshments in the club at 11.30. The club hopes to make a presentation to Willie Dunne as well as a presentation in honour of Basil Clifford of a commemorative medal from 1966 Euro cross country club championships.

Annual General Meeting

The 124th Annual General Meeting of Donore Harriers will take place on Thursday 25th October 2018 at 8.15pm in the Clubhouse, Chapelizod Road, Dublin 20.

Important Notes:
Due to our recent 125th celebrations and in the absence of a current Hon Secretary, nominations of officers/directors and Motions must be submitted for the attention of the Club
Committee at the club office not less than 7 days before the AGM with Article 38 of the Articles of Association (i.e. NOT later than Thursday 17th October 2018).

Nominations/ Motions can be forwarded directly for the attention of the committee

Completed proxy forms must be deposited at the club office not less than 48 hours before the
AGM in accordance with Articles 32 and 33 of the Articles of Association (blank proxy forms
are available from the club secretary at the club office).

Members who have paid their annual Subscription to the club for the preceding year will be
considered by the Committee to be members in Good Standing.

Please note annual subscriptions are now due
