Little Athletics Under 7 & 8 (track)
Tue 17:15 to 17:50
Thu 17:15 to 17:50

Under 9 to Under 12 Multi Eventing (track)
Tue 18:00 to 19:00
Thu 18:00 to 19:00

Under 13+ Track & Field (track)
Mon 18:30 to 20:00
Wed 18:30 to 20:00
Sat 10.30 to 13:30

Under 13+ Sprints (track)
Tue 19.15 to 21:00
Thu 19.15 to 21:00
Sat 10.30 to 13:30

Under 17+ Sprints (track)
Tue 19.15 to 21:00
Thu 19.15 to 21:00
Sat  10.30 to 13:30

Under 13+ distance running (various locations)
Tue 19.15 to 20:15
Thu 19.15 to 20:15 – track every 2nd week
Sun  10.30 to 11:30

Long Distance Senior & Academy (various locations)
Wed 18:20 session – track every 2nd week
Sat   09.00 session (alternatively Fri at 19:00)
Sun  09.30 long run

Long Distance/Masters Squad (various locations)
Tue 18:45 session
Sat  09:45 session

Fit4Life (various locations)
Mon 18:30 to 19:30
Wed 18:30 to 19:30
