Our approach to training for our youngest athletes rotates around the concept of fun and participation. At 13 years of age, training becomes more specialised and focussed, introducing youngsters to hurdles, high-jump and other specialist events. At this stage also competition comes into play.

I used to train in Donore back in the day when Willy was the coach. I’d love to get my kids into the club if possible. Chloe’s DOB is 27.08.2017 and Zach’s is 27.02.2019. Is it possible to sign them up?
